How we estimate customizations

Milk volume is estimated from the default recipe, not the cup’s full capacity. Milk swaps use Horizon and Oatly nutrition labels as proxies, not verified Starbucks supplier labels. Syrups use a Torani vanilla proxy: 7.5 ml per full pump (20 kcal); Frappuccino uses a 3.75 ml half-pump model. Espresso adds an estimated 5 kcal and 75 mg caffeine per shot (65 mg for Flat White ristretto). Foam and whip use generic portion models; they do not account for displaced drink volume. Changes to pumps or shots keep the modelled milk amount constant.

Topping model: whip = 30 ml heavy cream + 7.5 ml syrup; cold foam adds 30 ml 2% milk. These are comparison assumptions, not Starbucks recipes. Powders, sauces, drizzle, decaf, and other toppings cannot be edited in this version.
